Membership Tiers & Insurance Qualification
Our goal is to make elevated care accessible. Your membership fee is determined by the type of insurance plan you hold.
1. Qualified Employer-Funded Plans: $0 Membership Fee
If your health insurance is self-funded or employer-funded, administered by a major carrier but paid for by a large organization, you may qualify for a fully waived concierge fee. 2. Standard & Fully-Insured Plans: $5,000 Flat Fee
If your insurance is a standard commercial plan funded directly by the carrier, or if you are a self-pay patient, the Cove Concierge Fee is a flat $5,000. This ensures that despite insurance limitations, you still receive the Cove standard: unhurried visits, constant access, and holistic support.

The Cove Membership supports the whole woman through pregnancy, birth, and the fourth trimester, with priority midwife access, extended 30 to 60 minute visits, curated classes, integrative specialists, Cove Circles group visits, and priority scheduling in our serene Manhattan Beach suite.

The fee covers the non-clinical concierge aspects of your care that insurance typically does not pay for, including 24/7 access, extended appointment times, educational classes, and coordination of our wellness specialists.
Who qualifies for a $0 membership fee?

Can I use my HSA or FSA for the membership fee?

What if I don’t want the concierge services?
To maintain the safety and intimacy of our model, we accept a limited number of patients each year, and all patients at Cove Midwifery and Women's Health are enrolled in the membership.
